Master in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari. Some of her notable skills include the management and planning of electrical networks, customer management, quality systems, human resources management, and health and safety.
Monica joined the Enel group in 2002 as an Intern at the Technical Assistance Department in Italy. She had various experiences across different operational and coordination distribution functions (network development and technical-commercial area) in different areas of Italy (north, center and south) and in Romania, where Enel manages three distribution networks in different areas of the country. Currently, Monica works as Head of Infrastructure & Networks at Enel Peru, and has been holding the position since June of 2021.
