Protection procedure for minority shareholders 2024
In accordance with the provisions of Article 262-A of Act 26887-Business Corporations Act-as amended by Executive Order 1061, we hereby inform our shareholders the following
- 2,462,854 ordinary shares have not been claimed as of 22 May 2024, with a total value, according to the listing in force as of 22 May 2024 on the Lima Stock Exchange (S/ 3.81 per share) of 9,383,473.74 PEN
-The total amount of uncollected enforceable dividends as of 22 May 2024 amounts to 285,051.74 PEN
-The list of shareholders who have not requested their certificates and/or collected their dividends yet is available on the website of Enel Perú and the website of the Peruvian Securities Market Superintendency (SMV) at http://www.smv.gob.pe.
-To request their certificates or collect their dividends, the shareholders named above must appear in person at the company Alfa Consultores S.A.C., a company that manages the Register of Shareholders of Enel Distribución Perú S.A.A. , whose office is located at Avenida Manuel Oguin 325, office 905, 9th floor, Santiago de Surco, Lima, which is open Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
